The bed was good and the room was clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen, toilet, and bathroom all tidy. The price was high compared to what you received, and the location is just a bit off‑beat – on an industrial train track, and you’re woken early in the morning by trucks.

Absolutely nothing. The room was freezing all night, and there were three heaters, none of which worked properly even on the highest setting. The room was also not clean: the blinds had large stains, and the shared bathroom had urine and pubic hair left on the toilet seat when I arrived, as well as all over the floor by the toilet. The listing said there was a shared kitchen, but there wasn’t one accessible at all. I was also kept awake at 4 am by people repeatedly banging on the entrance door. As I was alone and in a different country, I did not feel safe. If they were guests, it’s concerning that they didn’t have a key. I was then met by the front door wedged open, leaving me in a very vulnerable position, again with urine all over the floor and an unflushed toilet. Overall, the stay felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and nothing like what was advertised. Disgusting! Also to note, the rug in my room was disgusting, dirty stains everywhere, there is no TV, no kettle, and small smelly towels to use. An absolute disgrace. I have everything very well documented and I will be reporting them.
