The Parkway Inn, located off Interstate 81, offers free Wi-Fi and morning coffee and donuts. Simply decorated guest rooms feature microwaves, small refrigerators, and cable TV with colourful bedding. Amenities include a laundrette, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. The hotel is close to Morristown city centre, Panther Creek State Park, and the Great Smoky Mountains Expo Center.

This was the worst stay I’ve had. Food and drinks were stuck on the walls, the bathroom walls were wet and peeling, the supposedly non‑smoking area was full of smoke, and the blanket was too thin. I will never return or recommend this place.

Nothing positive to mention. I was bitten by a bug, and the room was filthy with mold, dirt, and insects—definitely the worst experience ever.

Nothing to praise. The water in the room wouldn’t turn on, so I couldn’t shower, and there were roaches and mold with no refund offered.

The shower was completely broken, and I left the AC running at 62 all night, yet it stayed scorching hot; the bed felt stiff and the blanket was itchy.

There was nothing good to say. Do not stay here—it was awful. I normally don’t give ratings, but there was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the showers were moldy, the air conditioning didn’t work, the sheets had burn marks all over them, the bed was as hard as a rock, and the room smelled like feces.
