“Super affordable, convenient, and excellent staff”

I stayed at the Apollo for the second time and the owner—whose name I still don’t know—was always friendly and welcomed me early, letting me check in about four hours ahead of schedule; the price is very reasonable and everything is within walking distance, the rooms are consistently nice, cozy and comfortable, the Wi‑Fi is excellent, and the cold air‑conditioning is a huge plus; I had a rental car and was able to park it right at the back, which was very convenient. The bathrooms could use a touch of renovation, new shower heads or at least better mounts would make a noticeable difference.

“Perfect location for Kavos strip”

The hotel sits perfectly on Kavos Bar Street, tucked behind a lane off the strip, so I didn’t hear any loud music or noise from the main area—only faint distant music when I stepped onto the balcony outside; the beds gave us a great night’s sleep, the kitchen area had a large fridge, and the balcony is ideal for pre‑drinks; I would recommend it for a holiday stay with 3‑4 people. The only downside was that no toilet paper was supplied, so we had to bring our own.

“NU MERGETI ACOLO”

The island is still beautiful, but Kavos has changed; the rooms were only average quality, there was mold, and the bathroom was a mess with toothpaste and hair in the sink from the dining area, dead insects on the pillow and in the bathroom, all the cupboards smelled of mold, and we found roaches, ants, and a large number of bed bugs; the air‑conditioning cost an extra 5 euros per night because the owner is 20 years behind the times.
