I was disappointed; everything felt downgraded and the overall experience was bad.

The location is close to restaurants, cafés and entertainment venues, though catching the tram can be a little tricky on a one‑way street.

The location was good and I swapped rooms, but in room 1 the toilet was broken, the bidet was smashed (sprayed without use), the shower was constantly dripping and very dirty with mold, only 3 of 70 shower heads worked and the rest sprayed water up the walls; the mirror had many large spots. In room 2 the toilet and bidet worked, the shower was the same as in room 1, and there were ants, moths, and a cockroach, yet the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was simple and not very tasty; the room felt a bit old and the furnishings weren't clean.
