I paid almost 300 dollars for an unusable jacuzzi—no DVD display or radio worked in room 122. My spouse was very dissatisfied and disappointed; the hotel in Uniontown, PA, Super 8, sold us a room knowing it wasn’t fully functional. We received no compensation. They didn’t believe the room was working, and I had to wait an hour for help, even though they said a tech would be available in ten minutes. No technician showed up for an hour, which was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. The front‑desk staff had no knowledge about the jacuzzi either. I won’t stay again and expect a generous reimbursement reflected on my card. Management will contact me within 24 hours via email for a proper resolution; before any changes, please call my number on file. I have video evidence to send if needed.
