距離市區很近，很方便. 隔音不好，旁邊放置物品的櫃子可以聽到隔壁說話及洗澡聲音

The place is clean. There is no external window.

The location makes parking easy and the nearby shopping area is lively. The sound insulation is somewhat poor; the upstairs is noisy with people jumping loudly. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage might require a workout.
