You didn’t give me a Bala residency and instead gave me a Fabhotel comfort stay, which is not good.

I tried to reach out to the hotel using the contact number on their website, but no one answered. To make matters worse, I lost my money - the deposit I paid to confirm my booking seems to have gone to waste. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I couldn't get in touch with anyone to sort things out.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, and I felt safe staying here as a lady. The laundry service was also a nice touch. However, the room could have been cleaner, and it's a bit of a trek to find food nearby. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some room for improvement.
