The staff were friendly, straightforward, and relaxed, and the place was very clean. The TV and reading light didn’t work, but that wasn’t an issue for me because I was busy in Hannover.

The location in the old town and the quiet courtyard room were nice. However, the receptionist’s tone at check‑out was off; I had asked for an invoice when booking, but she said it was a nuisance for her. The two men who checked out before me, on the other hand, were treated very warmly.
