The hotel was very clean and the receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and helpful; I can't remember her name but she was Hawaiian. She deserves a raise, the customer service was top tier. Nothing. Everything was great.

The room was massive! I did not expect what we got at all. We also arrived very late, around midnight, and the front desk lady was still super nice and talked to us for a while! She gave us some great recommendations. I have nothing! Super nice place to stay. If I just had to complain about something, the breakfast could be better quality, but I'd say it's comparable to any other free hotel breakfast. We ate before heading to our cruise and enjoyed it!
