I arrived at the hotel and was disappointed to find no one was there to greet me. I tried calling, but no one answered, and I had to scramble to find another place to stay. When I requested a refund, I was unhappy with the solution offered - it was a thoroughly frustrating experience.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately, the roads leading to it were unpaved and rough. Additionally, I experienced some issues with the TV signal, which was a bit annoying.

The staff and hotel administrator were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly when I was having trouble finding the place. They even escorted our bus to the hotel, which was a lovely touch. The attention and rooms were top-notch, and the staff were always available. However, I did find the hotel to be quite far from Chignahuapan's center, and the access roads were unpaved and narrow, which could be a challenge, especially during rainy season.
