I was already familiar with this hotel from staying there last year; it is in a very quiet area, and although the location might raise doubts for those unfamiliar with Palma, it is very good. Blanquerna is nearby, offering everything at very good prices. The hotel has a terrace and is well kept. The cleaning was somewhat regular, especially the bathroom, which was better last year. The air conditioning does not cool completely, and the balcony glass gets extremely hot. Another negative point is that when you leave the room all lights are switched off, and they could leave the refrigerators on outside, mainly to keep the cold water…
Excellent hotel for staying in Palma and exploring the area. It is less than 10 minutes from the bus station (Place d'Espagne) on a quiet street, so the rooms are relatively silent compared to neighboring ones. The reception staff are very friendly, check‑in is quick, and the lobby is spacious. Being able to arrive early (13:00) and leave late (12:00) is a big plus. The 4th‑floor room is large, comfortable, and has a practical refrigerator. The small bathroom has a nice shower cabin. Everything is very clean. The "do not disturb" sign that can be hung on the door is fully respected. An Eroski supermarket is at the end of the street. From my perspective, there is nothing negative and I was pleasantly surprised given some cautious reviews. I did not try the breakfast, so I have no comment on that. It was a good stay and I will return without hesitation when I come back to Palma.
