The room was beautiful, the space was huge and I loved it, there were many check‑in points, a relaxing break, the hot mineral bath was great, it was close to Hanoi and convenient for family rest, I’ll come back.

The location is nice and the scenery is beautiful, but the reception staff are rigid, the housekeeper is unprofessional, guests have to wait a long time and feel tired; however the attitude is positive and helpful. The room is pretty but not clean, the lights went out but the air‑conditioning stayed on. I booked in advance and there was no notice of a front‑door fee (108.000 đ per person), which does not include the swimming pool or mineral bath. If a front‑door fee is charged, it should be included in the room price or announced beforehand so guests know when booking.

The room was clean and beautiful, the staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the grounds were huge and pretty, close to Hanoi, and the hot mineral bath was relaxing and healthy.
