We've been loyal customers for years, always filtering for hotels over 8 and breakfast included. But when we searched for Aeroporto Hotel Congonhas, we ended up with a tiny Airbnb apartment with crumpled, half‑dirty sheets and terrible pillows. We felt misled, like we paid for a “cat for a rabbit.”
