Well‑equipped accommodation in a historic building. Central location right in the town centre. Key hand‑over was uncomplicated. The mattress was sagging on one side. The statements about parking and check‑in in the description on the homepage and in the booking confirmation email, as well as the accommodation itself, were contradictory; the same applies to the statements about waste separation in the accommodation.

Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about.

The host was very pleasant—quick, courteous, and friendly—and the room had all the essentials. The only downside was the loud humming fridge that kept me from sleeping well.

Our room was functional, modern, and spotless! The on‑site self‑check‑in worked flawlessly, even though we booked on a Sunday at the last minute. The building is impressive and right in the historic town center, with several restaurants, take‑aways, and two supermarkets nearby. We were passing through on bikes, so the stay was perfect for a break and a nice base to spend the next day at the nearby Krotzenburger See. Since my son left something in the room, we later had personal contact with the host, who was extremely kind, reliable, and helpful. Thank you, we’ll return!
