We had a great location, close to everything we needed, and the club house was a highlight for the kids. However, our caravan was a disaster - it smelled awful and needed a good clean. We tried to make do by opening the windows, but two of them were broken, and we found broken furniture, including a door frame hanging off. To top it off, the boiler had a strong smell and there was no hot water.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but the caravan was disgustingly dirty. We didn't even end up staying in it - we had to rent another one. The owner's place was just not up to scratch, and I wouldn't recommend renting from them to anyone.

Our caravan was a total letdown - it was uncomfortable, and pretty much everything was broken or didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable, the linen was dirty, and the gas boiler was really unsafe. The cooker only worked with a lighter, the shower head didn't fit properly, and the electric went out on the second day. We didn't even have hot water on the first day, and the cutlery and plates were dirty.

Don't book this caravan - it's disgustingly bad. The smell was indescribable, and the place was dirty. The carpet smelled of booze and feet, and the van was just worn out. The window wouldn't even open or close properly.

The caravan was a mess - it wasn't clean, and it wasn't in good repair. Even my dog didn't want to stay there. Two of the windows in the front room were stuck, and on a hot day, it was unbearable inside. The main door was hard to open and kept getting stuck.
