“Overall a great spot for an overnight stay in Winslow”

The spot was close to the highway and within a short drive of the historic Winslow area. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, and the large walk‑in shower was a plus. Breakfast was included in the stay and was decent, yet only one staff member ran the entire breakfast area. When we arrived there were no eggs or bacon left, so we had to wait about ten minutes for the kitchen to restock. The single employee was juggling cooking, restocking, and clearing tables, which made it clear the breakfast area needed more help.

“Sucked - terrible from arrival to departure”

The coffee machine could make a latte, which was nice, but the place felt tired, gloomy, dated, and overpriced. Service was slow to restock, the dining area was too small, and my card was rejected three times, causing my bank to freeze the account because the hotel entered the date incorrectly. I had to pay cash, and when I raised the issue the receptionist laughed at me. I was not impressed at all; this was my first and last time at a Best Western, and I strongly feel disappointed and disgusted by their attitude—avoid this place.

“Nice stay at Winslow!”

I slept well on the comfy beds and the breakfast was solid.

The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and ADA‑compliant, and it’s close to downtown. The place was quiet and the bed was comfortable, so we got a great night’s sleep.
