“Amazing ezperience in paradise”

Manzoor and his staff go above and beyond to cater to their guests’ needs. I’m sad to leave because they all make you feel like family. Chachoo Palace has one of the best locations in Shrinigar; I really enjoyed sitting in the garden area watching the lakeside life and activities while eating the very tasty food on offer. I ate all my meals in Shrinigar at Chachoo Palace. Of all the places I’ve stayed at in 42 years of travel and 150 countries, Chachoo Palace ranks in the top 3. I can’t wait to come back. Absolutely nothing.

The service and room were quite good. The staff were friendly. We had one breakfast from them. It was horrible!

“good place!”

good staff service, it is a very quiet place for rest & holiday, it is nearby the lakeside & has a very good view. staff helped to arrange transport to Sonamarg & palhagam which is very convenient for us. the location is a bit out of town but this is the place i love most, quiet, not much noise like in town area. staff is very helpful & environment is peace & beautiful

“JOLI PETIT HOTEL AU BORD DU CANAL.”

Nice small hotel with a garden by the canal, far from city noise, everything very clean. The room on the first floor had a balcony with tables and chairs. Ubaid, the young man running the hotel, is smiling, pleasant, helpful and very available; he arranged a daily Tuk‑Tuk, an airport taxi, and a Shikara trip on the lake, which is a real plus. The garden is very pleasant for relaxation. Thanks for the fig jam. Suggestion: put one tablet in the bathroom to hold toiletries.
