I appreciated the staff’s friendliness; they handled our very late arrival with great care, and the spot was convenient for dining and exploring. Honestly, everything was fine.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was broken, the bathroom hook was loose, and the shower had a weird buildup of lime that made it hard to get a decent water flow. And to top it off, there was no hand towel rack.

This place is a great spot for families, especially if you're looking to be in the center of things. We've been back three times in three years with our families, which says a lot. It's not going to win any awards for excellence, but it's a solid choice.
