“Beautiful stay at Pema Boutique Hotel”
The staff at Pema Boutique Hotel were very kind and attentive; I arrived early in the morning and they checked me in without any extra fee. I wasn’t entirely happy with the room because construction was happening behind it, but around 11 am when rooms became available they offered me a couple of quieter options. The hotel’s location is superb—you can literally walk to the Stupa and to most cafés and attractions. Breakfast was mostly continental, and the coffee and tea selection at the bar and room service was excellent; the menu overall was good too. The hotel is very clean, and my room had everything needed for a relaxing post‑flight rest: toiletries, tea, a kettle, and very comfortable beds. I mostly ate outside, since Boudha village has plenty of choices, but my room had a beautiful large window, silent AC that worked well and kept me dry at night. The staff were extremely friendly; they kept my luggage while I attended a meditation retreat. Overall, a very good stay and I’d recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Kathmandu after a long flight.
