My stay at this hotel was somewhat underwhelming, as the only redeeming quality was the stunning view from my room. Unfortunately, there was nothing else to write home about, and I left feeling somewhat disappointed by the overall experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's excellent facilities, spotless room, and breathtaking view of the Cerro Cabezón mountain. Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out. It was truly a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

I was impressed with the restaurant's appearance, but our experience was somewhat marred by the slow service. With our group being quite large, it took a while to receive our orders, and unfortunately, some of our requests were overlooked. I had been looking forward to trying more traditional dishes and enjoying handmade tortillas, which wasn't quite the case.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from the comfortable room to the impressive facilities and stunning views. The staff were friendly and attentive, although I felt that communication could be improved for a seamless experience. However, I was taken aback by the lack of a direct phone line to the reception, which made it difficult to reach them at times. I had to rely on my personal phone to make calls, and it would have been helpful if this was clearly communicated upon arrival.

The view from my room was breathtaking, but I didn't get to explore much else during my stay.
