The cottage matched the photos; parking and accessibility were fine, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was spacious. The bedding was average. I was told that electricity was an extra charge, information that was not mentioned in the description or terms, and I received it after booking by message, even though the reservation was non‑cancellable. When I arrived, the temperature was below 16 °C, so I was advised to use the fireplace. Even with the fireplace on, it was too cold, so I had to turn on the heating on the ground floor and the first floor. The morning text told me I had to pay 20 € for electricity for a reservation from 19 h to 9 h the next morning. The accommodation was poorly insulated, there were no shutters, the water tasted like bleach, and a welcome mineral water would have been appreciated, especially on a holiday when I arrived. The toilet towels were very small for adults.
