Restuarant Staff are super friendly! - but need to just give space while eating - not wipe and clean the table every 10 mins :) Everything is very clean and neat. Our breakfast was included in our rates - why do we have to pay for COFFEE??? Normally a cup of coffee is included in your breakfast

The waiters were excellent, but the managers were poor. The managers’ attitudes were a problem.

The quiet, farm‑like surroundings were nice, but there was no toilet paper; when we asked, a lady dropped it off. The shower head sprayed the whole bathroom, so all our clothes were wet before the 70th‑party event, and the toilet paper was wet too. We had to wrap a towel around the shower head to direct the water. The shower tiles had dirt buildup in the grooves. Coming from Cape Town for the 70th‑party, it was a traumatic experience. There is a gap at the top of the door that let cold air in, so I didn’t sleep well and felt the clients were treated with back‑door perks.

The atmosphere was great, but there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
