Staff were pleasant and the hotel was spotless, which makes it a decent choice for a night or two, especially with the airport nearby. The downside is the thin walls – you can hear other guests coming and going at odd hours – and the rate feels a bit high for that level of noise.

The shower didn’t have any hot water, which was a real inconvenience after a long day of travel. It basically rendered the bathroom unusable for a comfortable rinse.

They canceled my reservation on the exact day I was supposed to check in, without any warning, forcing me to scramble for another place at the last minute. Management offered no alternative or compensation, which is just terrible service.
