The hotel was quiet, the staff very friendly, and its location near everything in the city centre. The shared bathrooms were always very clean. However, the room wasn’t very clean when I arrived; it could have been better prepared.

The hotel’s location is excellent, but breakfast was delayed.

Only the location was decent. The bathrooms were shared; the worst part was that after using the washroom the water shut off automatically, the tank stopped supplying water, and I couldn’t flush the toilet.

The place is very quiet, clean, and the team is friendly. Its location is close to many spots and a nice area.

The venue is very good, quiet, and centrally located on the main street (Talat Harb), near restaurants, cafés, and the Marne. The staff—especially the reception and cleaning lady—were courteous and helpful. The building is tidy, the elevator is fast, and the stay was comfortable; I’ll book again for future visits. The only issue was the delay in room access; the booking manager took time to confirm the reservation, even though it was already on my phone.
