“This property is one of our favorites”

I had a flawless stay; the staff were kind and courteous, and everything else was perfect. I couldn't find any negatives, except that there was no tea in the room—having a kettle would have been nice, but since this was our fourth visit we already knew that and brought our own.

The space, the area, and the setup were all great. The only downside was that they removed the swallow'nest; these beneficial insects help control mosquitoes, so they should consider keeping it as part of their beautiful site.

“It is a very fun stay. The room smelled so clean.”

The location offers a nice view and the staff were very friendly, even giving me a new rice cooker as requested at check‑in; the facility was clean and organized. I did dislike being charged $40 for a 90‑minute seminar that we chose not to attend because it took up too much of our time and we weren't interested; they promised a refund at check‑out but I never received it. On a brighter note, learning about Kerrville was a pleasant bonus.

I loved how secluded and private it felt, with awesome scenery that made the stay truly enjoyable. I couldn't think of anything we didn't like.
