I had a reservation for a room, but when I arrived the staff had no idea about it and said they weren’t involved with room reservations. It was a nasty surprise at an odd hour.

“Great value, extremely helpful staff, well located Excellent choice for an inexpensive business trip”

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and super helpful, going well beyond their duties to assist with several issues I had. The rooms were functional and perfectly fine for a business trip—clean, new, and everything worked. The hotel is very close to a couple of well‑equipped malls, both within walking distance or a short rickshaw ride. Breakfast via room service was fine, and there were plenty of local spots and great street food nearby. A convenience shop was literally 3 metres from the hotel. Sector 69 is a bit of a construction site, so you might get a little muddy. The only downside was the elevator music.

“Perfect Stay, Comfortable Rooms, Delicious food.”

I had a pleasant stay; the rooms were good and spacious, the staff coordinated well, food quality was quite good, and the location was adjacent to the highway, close to my office at the Genpact building.
