The room was immaculate, the atmosphere clean and comfortable, and the staff courteous and professional; the breakfast is exceptional and the lady who supervises the breakfast is top of the line, and nothing was negative.

I was pleased with how quiet and clean everything was, but the air conditioning system failed to run fully, leaving the room unbearably hot and I had no idea how to use the controls.

The room matched what you’d expect from a Marriott—clean and tidy. The standard continental breakfast was always a welcome quick bite for people on the go, and the location was a definite plus for work-related activities. However, the staff were very rude when I asked for documentation for my stay; they refused to provide a copy of my invoice and claimed it wasn’t their job, which felt either a company policy or intentional deceit. When I questioned why invoices weren’t available, the staff became disrespectful and impossible to work with, so I will never book here again.
