“N?A”

The hotel's got some great qualities, but the shower's water pressure is pretty weak. Overall, it's a solid choice, but that one drawback's worth mentioning.

The hotel's got some great qualities - attention to detail, comfy rooms, and cleanliness are all on point.

“Les marqué por teléfono llegué a la hora y todo estaba apagado cabe mencionar que mi vuelo llegó en”

They didn't respond to me, but they did let me in - I guess that's something. Still, I'm puzzled why they took my booking if they weren't going to make contact beforehand.

“Pésimo”

So, they gave me a discount on the accommodation, which was nice, but then they didn't answer my calls or WhatsApp, and I had to scramble to find another place to stay. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting for a refund.
