Hotel Sky Blue

Such a poor service and extremely disappointing experience. The room was not clean, the bathroom was unhygienic, and even the bed was dirty and uncomfortable. The hotel staff did not provide a proper bill and asked for an extra amount just to issue the bill. I paid ₹3,900 for this room, which was completely unreasonable considering the condition and service provided. I feel highly disappointed with both the hotel and for this experience. My rating would be 1 out of 10. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This kind of service at such a high price is completely unacceptable

“The shambolic experience in Sky Blue hotel.”

Nothing. Not sure why this is enlisted in . its actually a PG facility for boys in a decadent mall premises where the lift is dysfunctional very often. The room is actually not having many a feature mentioned in the app. I was really surprised. 1. Its actually a PG facility. 2. You don't have a proper table in the room. No glass to drink water. 3. The rooms are in the fourth floor of a small kind of mall where my sleep was broken by the hews of pigeon clatter. The curtains being absolutely feign. 4. Lift was dysfunctional twice. 5. I wanted a glass of water which was offered in a plastic glass. 6. The staff was non cooperative. May be the idea of hotel is not clear to them at all.7. After i booked in the app i got a message that i need to pay immediately else the room Will not be offered despite confirmation . sort of blackmail. 8 charge of rs 3588 for a ahambolic room is too high in the app. It should not be charged more than 2000

“Ok for a quick rest stop”

The rooms were decent, affordable and clean, but the area outside the building was dirty, dogs roamed everywhere, and people parked improperly, making it hard for us to park and retrieve our car.
