Clean, convenient, cozy. The outlet near the bed is behind the backrest, so you can’t use it unless you move the bed. The magnets on the shower door don’t stay on the glass and block you from leaving until you put them back in place.

The hotel building is beautiful and atmospheric. The room was decent and clean, and overall comfortable. Having a pool and sauna is a plus. However, the room service is weak: you have to ask for toilet paper, they don’t restock it automatically, and trash was only taken out after we asked. The breakfasts were far from what was promised at check‑in. We specifically asked for a buffet, but were offered one of four fixed breakfasts – an egg dish, a filled croissant as a sandwich, and a separate sweet croissant. The sweet croissant was gone on the last day. In terms of variety and price, it’s hard to call this a fair replacement for a buffet. The spa area is in bad shape and needs serious repairs: tiles at the bottom of the pool are crumbling, there are pieces of covering and stones, and the stairs barely hold. The Rotan furniture is broken, uncomfortable to use, and in some places it’s just scary. The cleanliness of the spa is questionable, with mold visible in some spots. Given the condition, the pricing is surprising: guests get only one free hour of the pool, the next hour costs 400 UAH, the sauna is 700 UAH per hour, and the pool is included in that price.

I left with very pleasant impressions; the room was nice, clean, cozy, tidy, and comfortable—perfect for a rest after a long drive. I would gladly stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location, and you can check in in the middle of the night; it's right next to the station.

The place was clean, but it was very noisy and I couldn't sleep until 7 am.
