Hotel Park Golden View

Clean rooms, wheelchair‑friendly, nice lake view from the balcony and a lovely beach. The breakfast buffet offered a poor selection and the food wasn’t tasty. We tried the evening buffet once, but the choice was again bad, some items weren’t refilled, and the atmosphere felt completely uncomfortable. In our week only one room’s trash was taken out and the sheets were changed just once. Toilet paper was only available on request and never refilled.

Large room. The hotel is very loud because the bar on the ground floor plays loud music. It isn’t suitable for children. The bathrooms in the hotel’s wing are dirty, probably because no cleaning staff has been there for a few days. A fridge could be added to the room.

Amazing view, very cozy and clean room, staff was excellent and the food was amazing. The beach was beautiful.

The location and the lake‑view room were spacious. The cleanliness of the establishment was disappointing. The bedding was clean, but everything else was dirty. The corridors were full of dust and hair, and the draft made it feel like a breeze. No hot water in the shower! It seems the post‑cleaning renovation never happened (paint stains on the floor, glue drops on the walls). And the breakfast buffet was a disaster: eggs, some sausages, ketchup pasta, stale pita‑like bread, yesterday’s or the day before bread, a pudding served in a taupe‑green glass that looked a little greenish. Everything seemed not fresh. You have to see it to believe it. We went to the beach terrace for coffee, and the bartender, without any scruples, dumped the previous day’s ash into the lake! I was shocked by the lack of conscience. I didn’t read the reviews before booking, but whatever is written is not a quirk of a difficult client, it’s the reality of the place. That said, the natural surroundings are beautiful, the lake is sublime. Too bad!
