The location is quiet, the futon is great, and there is private parking for car owners. The toilets are outside the rooms, there is no air‑conditioning (not a problem for me but maybe for others), there are no breakfast options, the bread was a nice touch but extremely hard, and the Wi‑Fi was awful.

部屋が広く静かでした. 予約時から解っていた事でしたがトイレが部屋の外だったので少し手間に感じました 洗面台が低く身長が高いと使い辛さが有りました 部屋が広いのでエアコンが最初は効かず調整が難しかったです

The location was great, a short walk to the train station. Check‑in was very easy, even though I do not speak Japanese, and the staff were very helpful.
