Finding it was easy and there was convenient free parking. The room had a nice balcony and the shared terrace had comfortable outdoor seating. It was excellent value for money for a short stay. However, the shower faucet was broken, and a constant leak in the toilet tank made so much noise that sleeping was almost impossible. On top of that, the water pressure was very weak. The room offered zero amenities—no tea or coffee facilities. The walls and doors were very thin, providing no privacy or sound isolation from neighbors and the hallway. The host charged an extra 10 lari beyond the agreed price, claiming there was a "pricing error" on the booking system.

The views were amazing and the balcony was gorgeous; the bed sheets smelled bad, the heating failed and the Wi‑Fi was down all night.

They let us in late at night, thanks! The mattress was very soft and I fell asleep right away; the pastel sheets, however, smelled like perfume.
