It was simple, cheap, and easy. The mattresses were far too soft, I felt like I was in a hammock or a trench… The night lamp was hanging loosely from the wall and got in the way; I couldn’t turn it off or secure it.

Central for trains, buses, and ferries. Clean, tidy rooms with only what you need. There’s a fridge for storing food that can be eaten in a nice common area – a good compromise for not having breakfast on site. We bought breakfast at Hotel Svendborg. The layout felt a bit messy and confusing, and overall the experience was somewhat disappointing.

I found Hotel Garni to be a straightforward, tidy, and cozy spot—no frills, just what I needed for a business trip. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the rate was reasonable, giving me solid value. If you’re after luxury, this place isn’t it, but for clean, convenient, and simple lodging it’s a solid pick. Very happy :)
