The views were great, but I booked a specific room type and was given a different one, which they claimed was an upgrade. It wasn’t; when I asked for the room I’d booked they said none were available. Very disappointing.

The location is great, the views are beautiful, it’s close to the marina and town, and the private beach club is a plus; the staff are very friendly, and there were no negatives.

The view is great, but the rooms are cramped and lack any real quality. The beds are awful and the noise inside is constant, making it hard to sleep.

The view is incredible and the food is very good, but this is the loudest hotel I've ever been to. You can hear metal tables and chairs being moved on the terrace, the other rooms, and especially everything in the corridor; the soundproofing needs urgent improvement.
