“Not very good”

The location and balcony view were nice, but the hallways were humid and smelled of natural gas; the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, pillows were awful, and staff questioned why I needed extra towels for a three‑night stay.

I liked the location—everything was within walking distance, so no need to drive or park. I wasn’t sure when room service came, but I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. One lady in customer service was not very helpful, yet the rest of the staff were relaxed. The floors felt dirty, and the blankets were just two flat sheets—no proper comforter.

The location was great, but outlets and Wi‑Fi were dead, floors were dirty, and the shower offered almost no water pressure.

We adored the view from our window and patio, the in‑room jacuzzi, the indoor pool, the breakfast, and the perfect location.
