The room faced a very busy motorway, so we had to use earplugs to sleep, which was disappointing given the high price.

The mattresses were good and the shower worked well, yet for $509 a night you’d expect an upscale hotel; instead there’s no elevator, no refrigerator, no luggage storage, just a small three‑drawer dresser.
