Staff were nice, but unavailable most out of hours time like at night or early morning. Felt alone which is quite nice, like i had a private villa, but at the same time you might not want u might want ppl around. Bathroom wasnt very clean, bugs and mosquitoes were bad, there was a thing at the room that kills them and it works perfectly, but i didnt find that out till my 3rd day, cz the staff are not so helpful and many times unavailable. To be fair whenever i would tell them to clean the room, they do but i have to tell them

The hotel had a nice, atmospheric vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. In one of our rooms it smelled musty.

The staff were kind, rooms tidy, clean, luxurious, the pool great, and close to restaurants. The rooms were very noisy.
