The hotel sits well near the train and bus station, and you can easily reach the beach and city, but the rooms turned out smaller than the pictures showed. The reception was inconvenient, especially for storing bags, and the building’s entry, elevator, and even my room were dirty and had a bad odor.

I arrived at 10.30pm after a 9‑hour journey to find the room unclean: sheets had dirty marks, the kitchen bench, table, and side table hadn’t been wiped, and the thin duvet was useless in winter. The lobby, hall, and lift were filled with scented units trying to mask a terrible smell that seeped into the room. I told staff I wouldn’t accept the room and moved elsewhere, but they refused to refund me, insisting I should have called and waited for the room to be cleaned.
