The staff and hospitality were great. There was no bidet.

The location was fine. The room door was warped and wouldn’t open properly; for a 5‑star hotel, rooms should be better maintained. Check‑in was not smooth because the front desk charged me incorrectly. If I hadn’t caught it, I would have paid more than the stated price. I was told the hotel system overrode the charges that were applied; I’m not sure I understood what happened. Maybe the hotel could explain?

I had a very pleasant stay and was extremely satisfied with the hotel. Everything was well organized, the rooms and facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were always friendly, professional and very helpful. Their hospitality really made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. There was nothing I disliked about my stay; everything met or exceeded my expectations
