Wow Nathon Pier Stay

The site doesn't match the Booking photos or the advertised location; finding it was difficult. The space was dirty, there were no sheets, and the balcony doors wouldn't close, letting mosquitoes in.

The grandma is super sweet, but the photos are misleading and the beds were just mattresses on the floor.

Nothing, a single star is too much. The house is not on the pier as described but 800 meters away. The hosts only sent the correct address two hours after we arrived and were not helpful at all. I booked a double room with a private bathroom and balcony, yet I received a cramped ground‑floor room without a bathroom or toilet. I would strongly advise against staying here.

“Lovely room in Nathon, staff were awesome! Convenient location”

I adored the two ladies I met during check‑in; they were friendly and extremely helpful, even letting me check in an hour early! After traveling for a while and feeling homesick, they made me feel truly comfortable and cared for. The room was clean and cozy, the air‑con worked wonderfully, and the bathroom stayed tidy throughout my stay. The town is just a short walk away, and the night market is right around the corner. The only downside was loud music from the market on both nights, but I managed to sleep through it.
