The place was spotless and the spot was spot on, but the room doors could use coded handles; I kept worrying about locking myself in at night in case of an emergency.
The hotel is in the heart of the city and everything was super clean.

The rooms sit right in the middle of town and the cleaners were friendly, even offering daily cleaning though it was only every two days; the AC was flawless and cooled the high room well. Unfortunately, my room (2) was next to the entrance, so footsteps were audible, and two windows faced an area that stayed lit all night—one had blinds, the other didn’t, so it stayed bright even at midnight.
I had a fantastic stay in Rome—its prime location let me walk to the main sights, the room was tidy and cozy, and the staff were warm and helpful.
