Everything was great. The only issue was that Wi‑Fi didn’t work on my mobile the first night, but it was fixed the next day.

The property was immaculate, with amazing facilities and rooms. The staff were exceptional—some of the best I’ve met. Nothing was lacking.

The room and location were nice. However, the hotel system was terrible; we booked online but they couldn’t find my reservation on arrival, and it took hours just to check in. It was really bad.

We received a free upgrade and the customer service was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing else to complain about.
