“comfortable stay with inconsistent service”

It’s a nice property, though it looked better in the ads. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and reasonably clean, but they start to feel a bit old. Service was uneven: check‑in and reception were good, but the spa/pool staff were rude and ruined the impression right away. The overall experience didn’t match the price paid; I wanted to love it but might not return if there are other similar options.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The toilet trash bin didn’t open when you stepped on the pedal because it was too light, there were few power outlets, and the room felt a bit narrow.

“Nicht ganz optimal”

The spa area was great, and the restaurant and breakfast were very good. Problems included a faulty safe, hot water in the bathroom, and the room was already cold in early October – windows weren’t sealed and the air‑conditioner couldn’t heat well. The elevator was out of service for all four days. The location was not ideal – too far from the centre and the street traffic made it hard for pedestrians.

Excellent location, very friendly reception, tasty breakfast, on‑site parking. Everything we expected and more; we’re grateful and recommend it 100%.

“Great option for place to stay in Bukhara, especially if you want an international hotel chain”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was large and comfy, and the room itself was huge with good AC and WiFi; the balcony was also large and the place was surprisingly quiet for its location. There’s an ATM inside the hotel and a mini‑market directly opposite, and the same‑day laundry service is very quick, though pricey. The bathroom hot water isn’t particularly intuitive, and while the location is walkable from the city centre, a Yandex during the day can be a hassle when it’s hot.
