I loved the ambiance of this hotel, which transported me to a safari-like experience. However, my stay was marred by some maintenance issues, including a broken shower door and a toilet that hadn't been cleaned properly.

My stay was okay, but I felt that the hotel had some room for improvement, particularly in terms of food service - unfortunately, no meals were served on site. Apart from that, I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The receptionist's attire was quite unusual, and the room entrance was cluttered with leaves. To make matters worse, the room lights were dim at night and completely off in the morning, making it difficult for me to get ready. The shower floor was also extremely dirty and mouldy, which was unbearable.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Veronica and the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. However, our experience was marred by the hotel's lively atmosphere, which continued well into the morning hours, and the sweltering heat and humidity, exacerbated by our room's malfunctioning air conditioner and tiny windows. The pool looked far from pristine, and the entertainment area struggled to accommodate the number of guests.
