Exactly as described – the rooms are lovely, simple, and good value, plus the location is excellent and parking is just a two‑minute walk away.

The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, but people upstairs were noisy until 3 am; I reached out to the owners the next morning and they contacted the guests, and the second night was much better, so I can’t fault the venue, just the inconsiderate guests who don’t respect others’ need to sleep.

The cleaner came over and was friendly, but the Tithe Tap was closed when we were told it would be open.
