We were thrilled to stay in the old town with a stunning view of the bell tower, and the terraces were perfect for our nightly wine and cheese. The triple room was a good size for a couple, though the bed felt a bit hard for me, which might suit other guests better.

The location is very good and the room is comfortable, but there are no photos of the stairs you have to climb. They’re very steep and it’s hard to bring luggage up. The air conditioning also wasn’t very effective.

The location right in the heart of the old town is great, but climbing the 49 steep, narrow, and poorly lit stairs to reach the room was a struggle with luggage. The room stayed warm because the A/C didn’t work well, making this stay the most expensive and least value‑for‑money compared to our other Tuscan visits.

The location is unbeatable, right in the historic center. The room is comfortable and the staff very friendly. However, you have to climb a narrow, steep staircase to reach the room, which is a bit tricky with suitcases and not suitable for everyone. Cleaning could be better, and the bathroom lacked a bit of light.

The location was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were spacious and air‑conditioned, and the rooftop was a lovely spot to relax. The steps to reach the room were difficult with luggage – many steep, narrow stairs – but the owner helped us upon arrival, which was nice.
