I expected a balcony and windows, but there were none.

They gave me a room where the door barely opened and the bed was almost touching it; it was tiny and had no ventilation windows, one of which couldn’t open. On top of that, the bathroom door was stuck, damp, and the heating was awful. I was traveling with my 2‑year‑old, so it was a huge disappointment. Everything was terrible, the room was too small for the price, and checking in after 5 pm was a nightmare because no one was there.

The place is a stone's throw from the metro, airport shuttle, breakfast cafés, and Lidl, and about 2 km from the old town. We didn’t get a hairdryer or heating, so with the heavy rain it was hard to dry anything. The equipment feels outdated; the hotel’s heyday is long over. There were plenty of long black hairs on the beds and in the bathroom—unacceptable in my view.

What stands out most is the host’s friendliness and the beautiful location, right near everything. We highly recommend the breakfast—it was great! ♥️
