The room was very clean and the location was perfect. Having separate toilet and shower was great, but it was a shame there was no changing area.

The staff were very friendly and the room was tidy. The sauna felt a bit cramped.

After checking in, the sink had hair, the tatami had a lot of hair and food crumbs, and the sound of the toilet flushing never stopped. In the afternoon I told the front desk about this and asked for floor cleaning and toilet repair; they promised it. When I returned that night, the floor was still dirty, the hair was still there, and the toilet hadn’t been fixed. I went back to the front desk, where only one on‑call old man was there, looking indifferent and offering no solution, just saying he’d report it the next day. The next day I still got no reply, so I had to ask the cleaning staff to do an extra floor cleaning myself. The stay and the service attitude were very bad.
