“Piacevole e molto comodo”

The location is unbeatable for exploring Genoa’s historic center and old harbor, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The downside is the outdoor bathroom—private but still outside—which can be inconvenient, especially if you wake up often at night. The Wi‑Fi is also not very efficient.

“Gayet mükemmel.”

The apartment is in a historic building, right in the middle of history. Ferrari Square and the metro are a 5‑minute walk away. Everything was good.

The spot is close to the historic center and the breakfast is very good. However, when we booked we chose a specific room, but to our disappointment a different one was assigned. Despite having the same size, we couldn’t get it back after many messages because someone else had taken the room we’d booked the day before. The bathroom was shabby, with wooden baseboards soaked in water and heavily worn, a not‑so‑pleasant smell when we entered, and the water heater was leaking. Another issue, which we didn’t think was a problem initially, was the hallway bathroom opposite our room: in the morning, people eating breakfast could see us walking by, and at night it was a bit awkward to use the toilet—just a personal observation.

The room is spacious, has a washing machine, a kitchen, and feels very safe. It’s close to all the tourist, historic, and religious attractions. The only problem is that it’s impossible to find—no directions are provided.

Poloha ubytovania je absolútne perfektná, lebo je to cca 2 min chôdzou od hlavného námestia De Ferrari. Pani Elena je veĺmi milá a ústretová, sama pripravuje raňajky pre všetkých, ktoré svojou rozmanitosťou určite každému ulahodia. Všetko bolo perfektné. Ale ak hosť očakáva výhľad z okna, tak uvidí len stenu ďalšieho domu, ale ani to nie je nič neobvyklé. Centrum Janova je popretkávané úzkymi uličkami a práve v tom je to pravé čaro Janova 😊
